Yoga found me nearly two decades ago, first as a way to support my fitness goals—but it quickly became something much deeper. Through every season of life, my mat has remained a sacred space for grounding, healing, and connection. A place to move and feel free, or to sit in stillness and simply be.

Infinity Yoga SRQ was created from a calling to share this healing, restorative practice with the Sarasota community and beyond. My mission is to share yoga practice in a way that is adaptable and accessible to all—no matter age, background, or experience—while creating a supportive space where students can return to themselves.

My intention is simple: to guide students back to themselves—toward presence, peace, and connection both on and off the mat. I’m also passionate about bringing yoga practice beyond the studio, offering it in community spaces such as senior centers, after-school programs, and places of recovery.

Show up just as you are and know that wherever you are at is exactly where you should be.
