Yoga found me nearly two decades ago, introduced first as a way to support my fitness routine quickly became something much deeper than just physical exercise. Movement was not the center of this practice, just a part of it. The connection that occurred to my mind when I was led to focus on my breath captured the presence of the moment that exists only in the now.  Once I discovered what this practice gifted me, I could not get enough. When I strayed, I returned, when I was lost it found me and it has carried me through every season of life since.  No matter how I showed up, I got to arrive just as I was. How could the smallest place on a 2 x 6 mat offer the largest place to move and be free, or to sit in stillness and simply be. My mat has remained a sacred space for grounding, healing, and connection.

Infinity Yoga SRQ was created from a calling to share this practice with infinite love and light for those in search of mindful movement practice healing, of restoring, of copping, those that feel lost or found, the open, the seasoned, the first time every time. Holding sacred space that supports others to ground and connect within the Sarasota community and beyond. My mission is to share yoga practice in a way that is adaptable and accessible to all.  It is my belief that yoga has no face, no age, no background, no style to adhere to and no expertise or knowledge to experience it. All you need is your breath and body, the rest is already here for you.

My intention is simple: to hold space to guide others through practice to presence, peace, and connection both on and off the mat. I am about bringing yoga practice beyond the studio setting, offering it indoor and outdoor community settings such as but not limited to Parks, beaches, community centers, libraries, community gardens, senior centers, schools and youth centers, retreat centers, corporate meeting rooms, places of recovery.

Show up just as you are and know that wherever you are at is exactly where you should be.
